WHY CAN'T I?

"We the people want our governments no matter how small to be responsive to the needs of all citizens, not just the privileged few with access to favors"

HERE IS A COPY OF A REPLY FROM A NEIGHBOR THAT EMAILED ANDERSON TOWNSHIP.

Thanks for your email.  The Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) will journalize the case on Forestlake at its Sept 1st meeting.  After the decision is journalized, Ms. Sutton and Mr. Lade have the option to appeal this decision to the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas if they so choose.  This would be the next step in the process.  The zoning regulations regarding the fence have been in place for over 40 years and the Appeals Board (appointed Township residents) was established to hear such appeals of the zoning regulations.  While Ms. Sutton and Mr. Lade do not agree with the BZA's decision, the BZA has backed up their decision with the required findings established by State law.  Therefore the Township cannot overturn the BZA decision but it can be appealed.  Again, thanks for your email and if you have any further questions, please call.
